The CRM-service system is 100% compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It is easy to use and report the system in a manner stipulated by the GDPR.

360° View of Personal Data

Exporting the personal data from the system is extremely easy - with just a click of a button, you can export the information of the selected contact. This feature will be available during the spring 2018.

It is also possible to build 360° views for the contacts cards, so that all the information about the contact can be seen at a glance.

Deleting Personal Data

According to the GDPR, personal data must be deleted on request or when the data is no longer in relevant use.

Deleting the contact and information related to them is easy on the CRM. The information will be removed permanently from the database within 60 days.

Anonymity

In addition to deleting the personal data completely, the contact can also be made anonymous. This way the data can no longer be used to identify the person, but it can be utilized in reporting in a general level.

Change History

The changes made by the users can already be partly tracked with the audit trails. Tracking the changes will become more precise during the spring 2018, as with the upcoming Change History the admin users will be able to see the following details about the last five changes made:

1. Who made the change
2. What was modified
3. When the change was made.

As an additional feature, you may also see more changes than just the last five.

Restricting User Access

It is possible to create different profiles and roles for the CRM users to restrict their permission to view or edit personal data. The restrictions may apply to certain field information or entire entities or modules. The user's access to specific functions, like exporting personal data, can also be restricted.
