The Support Portal provides a deeper level of customer care by providing a platform for fast communication with your customers – higher customer satisfaction with faster, clearer and history stored communication data.

The application provides the contacts of a client company with a simple and efficient user interface to create and update tickets or comment on them. It is also possible to add attachments, e.g. screenshots, to tickets to help specify the issue or need with less effort. The communication is seamless between the portal and the CRM: all the tickets, comments or attachments created in the portal are synchronized to CRM right away.
